Most run 12 to 18 feet wide and 400 to 1,200 square feet, with floor plans from compact 1-bedroom layouts to practical 3-bedroom configurations. If you’re working with a narrower lot, a tighter budget, a faster move-in timeline, or you need a secondary dwelling on land you already own, a single-wide is worth a hard look.
