Braustin Homes Workforce Floor Plan Selections

The structures offered by Braustin Homes include two basic configurations, the first of which consists of a common space that functions as a kitchen and living area for the residents to share. The second option includes a kitchenette in each unit for more privacy and flexibility for the residents. The structure with the common living and kitchen space is designed for four or five residents, respectively. In contrast, the structures that provide the kitchenette in each resident’s unit include four beds and baths, five beds and baths, six beds and baths, or seven beds and baths. In all of these floor plans, the structure meets all the living needs of the residents, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and each one has a private bedroom and bathroom. Customers have the option to include furnishing packages to ensure the facilities are ready for immediate occupancy when the installation is completed.
