Braustin’s tiny homes are built by TRU Homes — a line exclusive to Braustin-affiliated dealers — and designed specifically for buyers who want permanent ownership on a small footprint. Most are under 600 square feet and HUD-certified.
Common placements include primary residences on rural acreage, guest houses, in-law quarters, and supplemental income properties. Because of their size and price point, many tiny homes can be financed as chattel loans with lower total costs than most apartments cost to rent — and with no land ownership required.
