Braustin’s tiny homes are built by TRU Homes — a line exclusive to Braustin-affiliated dealers — and designed specifically for buyers who want permanent ownership on a small footprint. Most are under 600 square feet and HUD-certified.

Because of their size and price point, many tiny homes can be financed as chattel loans with lower total costs than most apartments cost to rent — and with no land ownership required.
