The moment the Duncan family set eyes on their new home, their excitement was unmistakable. “She’s pretty. Oh my gosh, gorgeous. I’m so excited. Exactly what I had vision. My heart is full.” For the Duncans, this wasn’t just a house-it was the realization of a dream that had been years in the making.

There are so many options as if you were building it from the ground up, so much cheaper and just as amazing.” The Duncans were able to personalize every detail, from countertops to cabinets to flooring, making their new home truly their own.

Very easy process.”
The Duncans’ gratitude extends beyond just their consultant. “The Braustin family has been phenomenal-from the guy who came and did the base pad to the guys who hooked it all up today. Started with the wonderful salesman. Yeah, of course. He’s the man.” Even after closing, the relationship feels like family. “You go through chapters of life, but I really want to keep in touch with Jonathan forever… They’re part of us. He was getting right back to us just like a brother or a family member.”
For the Duncans, the move into their new home is more than just a change of address-it’s a new beginning. Their daughter Cadence, though living hours away, shares in their pride and joy. “I’m extremely proud of my parents. They have worked so hard for this and it’s finally here… Even though I’m four hours away, I am still here. I’m still a call away and I’m able to say congratulations.”
Their message to others is simple: “Don’t hesitate. It’s easier than you think. I have everybody saved in my phone, so everybody’s a call away and they’ll answer questions, don’t hesitate.”
