And if you’d like to see these homes in person, we welcome you to schedule a tour at one of our two locations. Find a Lender
Once you’ve chosen your home, the next step is securing financing. You’ll start by working with a lender to complete the loan application and submit the necessary documents for approval. Meanwhile, our dedicated housing team will help finalize the home’s details and provide you with a final quote, which you can then share with your lender.
If you’re purchasing land along with your home, you’ll need to go through the loan process for that as well. For those who already own land, there may still be some prep work required, like setting up a foundation, adding a driveway, or connecting utilities. Finalize the Purchase
After your loan has been approved, it’s time to move forward with signing the purchase paperwork. At this stage, you’ll complete the loan documents that release the funds needed for your purchase. New Mobile Home Delivery
When your home is ready for delivery, we’ll coordinate a convenient time for everything to be set up on your property. This includes installing siding, adding skirting, connecting the utilities, and testing all systems to ensure everything is functioning smoothly. Once the setup is complete, you’ll get to do a walk-through inspection to make sure everything looks perfect and matches your expectations.
