After all the other mobile home companies we went to and getting outrageous prices, we found Braustin on Facebook and I couldn’t believe they were real. The same houses we looked at from other companies we found for way less, so I was skeptical about it but scheduled an appointment with Ernest Gomez (best salesmen ever). From the beginning, we told him what we wanted and what our budget was – and in no time we found our home. He worked with my husband’s schedule knowing he’s only here 2 weeks a month and when it came time to sign papers – he called the day before to let us know he wouldn’t be in but would have coffee waiting for us because my husband was coming from a 23 hour work day.
It was the day before Thanksgiving and the GM came in just so we could close on our home before Dec 1st. They also knew we were having trouble with our bank depositing our check (since it was such a big amount), but they never rushed us or made us feel like we had to hurry. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Ernest answered all our questions and would always answer our calls and texts – never making us feel like we were bothering him or interrupting his day. And believe me, I called, texted and emailed.
