I had the opportunity to work with John Wondra, this guy is the definition of a great sales person. He literally stayed with me throughout the entire process, beyond it, and answered every question I had. I was comfortable bugging this guy with 100 questions because I knew he would gladly answer me. If he didn’t know the answer he would find it in a matter of minutes. I can’t speak for the entire company because I only met with John and Jason, but these two gentlemen define customer service.
If had to rate the entire company based on my experience with them alone I definitely would go 10/10. The initial meeting was right, the prices where right, and the process was right. Everything was comfortable thanks to these folks. Big thanks to John and Jason for helping me get into my home and making it as easy as possible!!!
