I really hate sales people and how they always push you to buy what you don’t need or want, so the Braustin business model was perfect for us. I was able to do all of the research online and 95% of the sales process through email. The people were helpful, when I had a question – I was able to get what I wanted at a very reasonable price. The house was setup quickly and their team did a great job. Afterward, I was asked several times over the course of 3 months how we liked everything and if there was any issues, when there was – it was taken care of quickly. I would recommend them highly.
